  This place used to be such a nice place, I used to love frankie & bennys so much...... BUT.... Now it's gone so far down hill hopefully it will get buried in a landslide while its down there. The only good thing about it now is the Amazing and Friendly staff whom clearly turn a blind eye to just how bad the food is by using the technique of imagination used in the movie Hook by the lost boys.
  
  28 of us ate there, 28 of us will never eat there again... After not going there for around 4 years myself I was actually looking forward to it.
  
  Several of our plates had to be sent back as food was cold, my starters which were chicken strips were like they had just been brought from tesco value range and warmed up in the microwave, My steak which I asked for medium well was rare and so tough it could have kicked Mike tysons ass in his prime, by the time my peppercorn sauce had been served my steak went from luke warm to cold and I started to feel like I was eating a kebab after a heavy Saturday night, yes it would have looked better thrown up over the toilet floor the presentation of food was so bad, like the chefs just do not give to hoots how its served up. I can make better presentation at Macdonalds by opening the big Mac box and Pouring fries into the open side.
  
  My mum's order was forgotten about and by time they realised and actually served her we had all finished our mains.... Yes all 28 of us.
  
  One of the things I used to LOVE was the old blues, big band, swing music that F&Bs was so famous for, No idea what they were playing but i would rather have listened to WHAT DOES THE FOX SAY on repeat.
  
  To top it all off When we had all paid the bill and were just about to pull off in the car one of the waitresses came running out to us tapped on the car window and told us there was a mistake with the bill and one of the party who had already left still needed to pay a further £12.21 despite the bill being fully settled..... Seriously wtf WHO DOES THAT? At first I thought she had ran out to apologise for the bad food and wanted us to save her so she could make her escape.
  
  I will not be visiting a frankie and bennies again in the future UNLESS Frankie calls me up on a 3 way call with Bennie to apologise for the poor quality and service of the food served in the restaurant. Seeing as they have both been dead for years or are just made up people.... Sadly I will not be getting that call.
  
  P. S. Anyone who has left a review with 5 stars saying things like GREAT FOOD have clearly never eaten anywhere else other than a WIMPY.... Do they even still exist?

  OH MY GOD THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!the food is sòooooo nice and there Is so much option my brother loves it but it's very expensive for five people a drink,meal and desert cost 111 pounds

  It won't let me post zero stars otherwise I would have done. One starter was cold and bearly cooked, there was 15 minutes between the first main course and the last one being brought to the table. Then the chicken was tasteless and one of the steaks was all gristle. Then two desserts that should have been warm where stone cold and sent back. Service was slow empty plates being left on the tables for an extended period of time.
